    If you stumble onto a typo, incorrectly labeled color, broken link, or whatever, I'm sorry! It happens.... Please contact me, and let me know!!! I'll get it fixed ASAP! This site is a work in progress and managed by yours truly. So please be patient with me! Thank you in advance for being such an excellent proofreader and guinea pig. 😂

  • What's the deadline for placing orders?
    The monthly collection deadline is the 14th* of each month. Collections will ship out on or before the 30th* of each month. *There could be exceptions to these dates such as holidays, vacations, etc. Oh... and of course, technical and/or supplier difficulties. I'll be sure to update you accordingly! ***EXCEPTION***PRE-LAUNCH OFFERS*** PRE-LAUNCH ORDER DEADLINE | December 31, 2024 PRE-LAUNCH ORDERS SHIP | First week of January 2025 [barring any unforeseen circumstances].
  • How do I skip my sub club box order?
    Sure! You can skip your sub club box order. I ordered the Guest Star option. You'll only be charged once and receive the collection you purchased. You will not be charged for the next month's shipment. Guest Stars are one-time payments. I subscribed to one of the sub club options. Head over to your Account and fill out the skip form at the bottom of the page. ***BUT REMEMBER! You have to do so BEFORE the monthly deadline!*** How does it work? Submitting this form will notify me of your need to pause/skip your subscription. I will then manually pause your subscription as soon as possible. I KNOW this is not ideal. You would think you'd be able to just skip your next order yourself and the update be immediate... HOWEVER, Wix does not offer this capability yet. Rest assured the moment they do, I'll have get the site updated and will let you know! This is the best I can come up with until Wix decides to get their act together. 🙃
  • Can I order a collection at any time?
    Technically yes! BUT keep in mind that Matinee Mani collections are small batch curated and shipped once a month. So you can place your "any time" during the month as long as you place your order by the listed collection's deadline. Otherwise, you'll be in next month's collection orders. Once this month's collection is gone...it's GONE! So don't miss out! ***EXCEPTION***PRE-LAUNCH OFFERS*** PRE-LAUNCH ORDER DEADLINE | December 31, 2024 PRE-LAUNCH ORDERS SHIP | First week of January 2025 [barring any unforeseen circumstances].
  • Do I have to subscribe?
    Nope! Although, I'm not going to lie. I'd prefer you did as it helps me plan how much supply I'll need to create the colors and build the collections in advance! Plus, you get extra perks for subscribing! That said, you can certainly just stick with the Guest Star one-time payment option if you'd prefer.
  • Can I order just one collection?
    Sure! Just select the Guest Star option, and you'll only be charged once to get one collection at a time. But I would urge you to consider subscribing as you get extra perks. It also seriously helps me plan out how much supplies are needed to complete orders. But no pressure.
  • Can I order a past collection?
    Sorry to disappoint, but no. Matinee Mani collections are limited edition...one and done. Once the deadline is past, that's it. The collection is gone. So get in while the gettin' is good! That said, I'm certainly open to your feedback. If this is something you'd truly be interested in, please feel free to contact me and let me know! I'd love to hear your thoughts!
  • My jar isn't full...
    Yes, it is.  I promise.  As clearly stated on the product description, the product is packaged by weight NOT volume.  This means we zero out the weight of the jar first, then fill the jar until the weight reaches 5 grams.  We don't believe in wasting precious dip powder so we package our dips in 7 gram jars.  Why?  So when you open up your favorite color, it doesn't dump everywhere because it's not filled to the brim!!!  We allow for powder headroom.... not Max Headroom. 😜
  • What's in your dip powder?
    All Matinee Manis dip powder products contain the following ingredient:     ● ACRYLIC POLYMER Our dip powder polymers are sourced from suppliers that use ingredients manufactured in USA, are cruelty-free, and 10-free. Matinee Manis dip powder products may also contain some or all of the following ingredients:     ● BENZOYL PEROXIDE     ● TITANIUM DIOXIDE     ● MICAS     ● POLYSTER GLITTERS     ● COSMETIC GLITTERS     ● FOILS     ● PIGMENTS For full details, visit our Product Disclaimers page. 
  • What is dip powder and how do I use it?
    I say this with ALL the love... Google and YouTube it. 😬 Kiara Sky and Revel Nail have some amazing tutorials. I highly recommend you checking our their channels for in-depth tutorials on everything from the differences in dip and acrylic to basic and advanced application techniques. It's a one-woman-show right now, and creating full length in-depth tutorials is just not within my mental capacity at this time. BUT I would love to hear from you to find out if that's something you'd be interested in me doing. With enough interest, that might be something we add later on!
  • How many manis can I get out of a single jar?
    Great question! Each Matinee Mani™️dip color is 5 grams packaged in a 7 gram jar to allow for headroom. Each 5 gram jar will provide approximately 4 1/2 full color, two color dip layer, medium length nail manicures. So you could do all ten fingers once a week for a whole month and still have some leftover for mess-ups! And that's just ONE jar! You get THREE dip colors per set! Now... of COURSE, that estimate will vary due to how many layers you prefer to use, the length of your nails, if you use multiple colors for your manis, etc. But suffice it to say, unless it's a single color that you absolutely adore and use it over and over again *cue Nelly and Tim McGraw*, you'll probably NEVER use it all. I personally can't think of a single color I've used the entire jar of. With the exception of clear. 🤣 If you've used up a whole jar before, I'd love to hear what it was! Give me a shout!
  • Can I get a refund?
    We do not offer returns or refunds at this time. All sales are final. That said, if you receive your order, and something has gone horribly wrong, reach out to me, and let me know. We'll go from there!

    Matinee Mani collections are small batch curated and shipped once a month. The monthly collection order deadline is the 14th* of each month and collections will ship out on or before the 30th* of each month (depending on demand). You can order any time before the deadline and payment is due upon order. The date of delivery will be determined by your location and carrier. *There could be exceptions to these dates such as holidays, vacations, etc. Oh... and of course, technical and/or supplier difficulties.   • Do you ship internationally?
    No. Not at this time. We currently only ship to the US. I would love to hear from you though. Enough interest, and that might be something we add on later!
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
